of the United States Weather Bureau at ttolee Municipal Airport.    Informant
stated that he had obtained no additional information recardlnfi the sight-
ing of the aerial phenpmanoa, and he knew of no other pereoa other that- Mr<

Idaho and were described a> meteors by local newspapers.   , Oa 6 January 19H9
an Object, described as a Fiary Meteor, fell near Uniea. Oregon} end on 4
JkAfUt 19^8. Mr. J.  B. HbCULLOUOH observed a fllfe (ball la the vicinity of
torta Powder, Oregon.    Investigation* are beln made in reference to the
